Is the USSSA Space Coast Complex handicap accessible?

Yes, adhering to the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) the USSSA Space Coast Complex was designed to be universally accessible and comfortable for all guests.

Am I allowed to bring in my own food?

The Complex does not allow any outside food or drinks. There are concession stands as well as amazing, local food trucks located throughout the facility!

Am I allowed to bring in my own alcohol?

Hard no – sorry! The USSSA Space Coast Complex has a zero tolerance policy in regard to outside alcohol. Guests or players caught with or attempting to bring in outside alcohol will be removed from the Complex for the remainder of the day.

The Complex also has a zero tolerance policy for any illegal substances found on the premises. Any persons found violating this policy will immediately be removed from the Complex.

Is the complex pet friendly?

We love your furry friends just as much as you do! The complex is dog friendly. All dogs must be leashed and picked up after. No other animals are permitted.

Do I need to purchase tickets to enter the complex?

Yes – event tickets are needed. Pricing at the complex will vary based on the event taking place. Please review your event details for specific information.

Tickets may be purchased online at usssaspacecoast.com/tickets.
*There are no ticket sales onsite.

What is the AstroTurf policy at the Complex?

All seeds and gum are strictly prohibited on or around the turf fields. Athletes may wear molded cleats or other athletic shoes on the playing surface.

Absolutely no metal cleats are allowed.

No tobacco products, sports drinks or liquids other than water are allowed on the turf.

Where can I park my Bus/RV?

All buses and RVs are required to park in the North Red Parking Lot. Buses and RVs that are parked anywhere else will be asked to move.
*No overnight parking.
*No hook ups are available.

Are there concession stands available?

Yes! A wide variety of food and beverages are available throughout the ballpark at several permanent locations and portable stands.

*All Concession Stands at the Space Coast Complex are cashless. All major credit cards and Apple Pay are accepted.

Am I allowed to bring a cooler in?

Fans are not permitted to bring in coolers at any time. Player and team coolers will be addressed for each tournament on a case by case basis.

Does the complex accept credit cards?

Yes, all major credit cards are accepted at the concession stands and USSSA merchandise locations.

Does the Complex accept cash?

Cash is only accepted at the Pro Shop and the Merchandise Tents located throughout the complex.

All concession stands at the Complex are cashless.

What do I do if I need to request a refund for a ticket?

Do coaches and athletes have to pay to get in?

Athletes and coaches may be provided credentials or wristbands for free entry to the Complex depending on the event. Credentials must be shown each time an athlete or coach enters the facility.

Where are the entrances located?

The complex has entrances located at all color-coordinated parking lots.
Red Quad
White Quad
Blue Quad.

Certain gates may not be open depending on the event.

When is the earliest I can get into the complex?

Gates typically open 90 minutes prior to the start of the first game of the day. Exceptions may be made for individual tournaments and should be communicated directly through the Event Director.

What do I do if I lost something while at the Complex?

The Lost and Found is located inside the Pro Shop adjacent to the Space Coast Stadium building.

Can I use my own speaker to play music at the Complex?

The complex reserves the right to prohibit music. If music is played, it must be appropriate and its allowance is left to the sole discretion of complex management.

What is the procedure for a weather delay?

In the event of a weather delay, please listen to PA announcements for instructions, or visit your event’s website for updates.

Coaches should expect to hear from event directors with any updates.

Can we bring pop-up tents?

Yes, tents are permitted, but please be kind to your neighbors so they do not obstruct the view of others.

Tents are expected to be secured in the event of inclement weather.

Is there WiFi?
