Mixed Manager Notes

Managers,

Thank you to those who took the time to be on the calls last night.

Here is some of the information discussed.


Complex:

Ticketing is at Usssaspacecoast.com - please ask all coming to the park to purchase ticket in advance

Gates will open 90 min prior to first game time



Bat testing: - Thursday - being done on Stadium concourse - not at the Quad.? ?

Check in is at Bat testing.


Be sure all bats are 240 stamped. Teams can pass a max of 20 bats and test a max of 25 bats total to get to the 20. Mixed C we keep the bats throughout in bucket. Mixed D & E we are stickering, and there will be field buckets on each diamond.


Balls are supplied. Men hit 12" ball and Women 11" ball.

All rules in the book for COED.


Pool play - no inning to begin after 65 minutes. Finish the inning, you can tie.


All teams must be in correct uniform.

All fields must be at the field ready to start playing 30 minutes before scheduled game time or you can be forfeited.

All teams must submit a lineup card.


Run rule all divisions: 20 after 3, 15 after 4, 10 after 5

Home runs: Mixed C 5 then outs. Mixed D 3 per sex then IEO. Mixed E 1 per sex then IEO. 


All teams playing two pool games, followed by double elimination. Games are coin toss up until game 1 of the finals in each bracket.

All players must be in the eligible column with completed waiver, or they are no good to play. Teams without ten players will not be able to start.

Opening ceremonies in Stadium and All-Star game 7pm Thursday - there is no charge just to come for opening ceremonies - gate will open after 5:30 PM.  Teams playing at Quads do need wristbands.   Players in the all-star game arrive at 6:00 PM.   Please come out and join us on Thursday night.  


Bat testing - any team starting Thursday - all divisions Coed and 1st defense Rec - being done on Stadium concourse - not at the Quad.    Friday 1st defense Comp and Women is at White
